There’s no better way to be lulled to sleep than with a rub of our Good Night Balm on your temples, neck or shoulders. Instead of using your hands to count sheep, you can rub a portion on your palms if you like to sleep with your hands near your face. Child safe after 12 months – ideally applied to either bottom of feet or as a chest rub.
