Please read carefully before making a purchase with Sco & Co. online store. By Placing an order through Sco & Co. online store you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out under “Terms and Conditions” that are in accordance with the ACCC Guidelines.

We are a small business. Sco & Co. will post your parcel via a trackable delivery service such as Australia Post, your tracking number will be provided via email to the email address you provided at the checkout.

Sco & Co. will do it’s best to post your parcel within 1-3 business days (excluding shipping times) via the postage service selected at the checkout, this timeframe is an estimation only. Delivery time frames provided by delivery services are an estimation only and Sco & Co. will not be held accountable for delivery service delays. Sco & Co. will not accept cancellations, returns or refunds due to delivery service delays.

Free shipping via standard parcel post with Australia Post applies to order's over $200 and excludes heavy and bulky items. 

Sco & Co. will not take responsibility for lost or stolen orders after confirmed delivery when "signature" via Australia Post has not been selected at the checkout. If an order has been lost or stolen we will provide assistance in enquiring with Australia Post, if Australia Post deem the order was delivered and to the correct address Sco & Co. will not be held liable for replacement or refund of the order.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

If you are shipping to a location outside of Australia, please be aware of applicable customs, taxes and duties charges. Customs, taxes and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer, Sco & Co. will not be held liable for such charges. Sco & Co. recommend you contact the relevant service local to you to see what charges you will be liable for when importing goods. If you choose not to pay applicable fees and your parcel is returned to us, we can offer a credit only for the value of the goods, less any postage paid and less any postage or fees for returning of your parcel to our store.


We value you choosing to shop with us and want to make your experience as enjoyable as possible and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

"Change of Mind" (includes wrong size):

- We can offer you an exchange or credit note on items sold at full price if you make contact and return your items within 7 days of receiving your order

- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. 

- Please note items sold at a discounted or sale price are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. Please choose discounted or sale items carefully. 

- Return postage costs for change of mind items are at your own expense.

- Exchange and credit notes will exclude shipping costs and incur new shipping costs.

Please note: for any returns you must make contact for return approval AND return your item via a trackable delivery service such as Australia Post within 7 days of receiving your order. Any items that do not meet this requirement will be returned to sender.

Please include in your email your full name, order number, and item you are wishing to return. Once we have accepted your return, we will provide our return shipping address. We recommend you pay for postage tracking as per our terms and conditions as we do not accept responsibility for any parcel lots during transit. Please include a note inside the parcel with the same information provided to us via email. Once we receive your returned items, and the item/s are assessed to be in new/unused condition we will contact you via email and issue you your exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless they are deemed faulty.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery, skincare or wellness items unless deemed faulty beyond repair. 

For faulty or damaged items, please contact us via email ASAP with clear images of the fault/damage, your order number and any other details required to allow us to organise repair or replacement.

All damaged or faulty claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please leave the item packaged and send us clear images of the package. 

If your item is faulty, you will need to return the item with original packaging and accessories via a trackable service such as Australia Post. Once received, your item will be returned to the supplier and/or manufacturer for the fault to be assessed. Once deemed faulty, we will arrange for repair or replacement of your item as soon as possible. We will provide a refund of your item if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: a $10 fee will be deducted for returns and exchanges due to change of mind to cover handling expenses and processing fees. 


If your item is lost/missing/stolen, Sco & Co. cannot be held responsible for any delivery services and you must contact that service directly. If your item is undelivered due to incorrect postage information, Sco & Co. cannot be held responsible for any delivery services and you must contact that service directly.


Postal and courier services are experiencing huge delays due to Covid. Shipping times MAY be delayed and longer than stated on our website. Please order early to avoid disappointment, we are unable to predict exact timeframes and delays due to the global situation changing daily.
