Wheel-thrown pottery jars with hand-turned Blackheart Sassafras lids, crafted from locally sourced Tasmanian materials. Each piece balances earthy texture with quiet refinement — warm clay bodies paired with richly grained timber, shaped slowly by hand on both wheel and lathe.
The Blackheart Sassafras lids are individually turned, meaning no two grain patterns are ever alike; each one carrying the dark, smoky figuring the timber is prized for. Designed to sit comfortably in the hand and age beautifully over time, these jars are equally suited to kitchen shelves, coffee beans, loose leaf tea, salt, or treasured small objects.
